What Brimlot is

Brimlot is a software desk for small retailers. It reads your inventory, flags what is dead, prices it into lots, writes the lot sheets, hosts the listing pages, and emails matched resellers under your name. That is the whole job.

Brimlot is not a marketplace, a broker, or a warehouse. We never take custody of your goods and we never touch your money. Buyers pay you directly, off-platform, and you are the seller of record on every sale.

What we sell

Two things, at the prices shown at checkout:

• Clearance Run — $274 one-time ($249 lot valuation and outreach + $25 success fee): one season’s pile, fully worked — detection, pricing, lot sheets, listing pages and one outreach campaign, with outreach reruns at no extra charge within the same run.
• Desk — $164/month ($149 for the desk + $15 success fee): unlimited uploads, dead-stock detection, price ladders, lot sheets, listing pages and monthly buyer outreach.

The success fee is charged with the purchase. It is Brimlot’s only stake in your clearance, and it is never a percentage of what your stock sells for. Resellers and shoppers pay nothing, ever.

The Clearance Guarantee

If a lot receives zero verified reseller inquiries within 21 days of your run going live, tell us and we refund the full $274 for that run — one email, no forms, no argument. We may ask which lots ran quiet so we can do better, but the refund does not depend on the answer.

What you promise us

• You own the goods you list, and what your manifest says — units, condition, cost — is true to the best of your knowledge.
• You will honour the prices and terms on the lot sheets and outlet pages you publish, or pull them.
• You will comply with the laws that apply to selling your goods, where you are.

Cancellation and your data

Cancel Desk from account settings — one screen, effective at period end, no retention maze. Your past runs and buyer list stay readable and exportable. Your inventory files are yours: ask at desk@brimlot.app and we will export or delete them.

The honest small print

We will do the work with care, but we cannot guarantee that any lot sells — pricing is a method, not a promise, except where the Clearance Guarantee says otherwise. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid Brimlot in the previous twelve months. These terms are between you and Brimlot; payments are processed by our merchant of record at checkout.
