Reseller Agreement

The feed is free, and stays free

Brimlot never bills a reseller. Signing up, getting matched lots, and replying to a retailer cost nothing. By signing up or using the feed, you agree to the four plain terms below.

1. You buy from the retailer, directly

Every lot belongs to a real independent retailer. You close the deal with them and pay them directly — Brimlot is never a party to the sale, never holds the goods, and never holds your money.

2. The manifest is the retailer’s word

Units, condition, and prices come from the retailer’s own inventory. Read the lot sheet, ask the retailer what you need to know, and verify before you buy — the same as you would at any warehouse or estate sale.

3. Their brand name stays out of your ads

You may share lot sheets privately with other buyers. You will not advertise the retailer’s brand name publicly — in marketplace listings, social posts, or paid ads — without their permission. The retailer’s full-price customers should never learn where the surplus went.

4. Fair dealing

Pay the invoices you accept, or decline them plainly. Retailers who mark a buyer good or bad shape who sees future lots. We can remove access for non-payment or abuse of the feed, and you can leave any time — reply “stop” to any lot email and you are off the list.
