Privacy & Inventory Data Policy

What we collect

• Your inventory files and what is in them — SKUs, quantities, cost, ticket prices, last-sold dates, photos — plus the corrections and adjustments you make.
• The email address you type at checkout or in a reseller signup.
• Reseller preferences: the categories and price ranges a reseller chooses, so lots can be matched.
• What you send us by email, and basic usage data (which pages run, and whether emails were opened).

What we do with it

Your inventory data exists for one job: to read your stock, price your lots, build your lot sheets and outlet pages, and send your outreach under your name. Buyer replies are delivered to your inbox; we do not market to your buyers.

Across many retailers, what sells at which price step makes our category pricing sharper. That learning happens at the level of categories and price points — not by sharing your file, your margins, or your name with anyone.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your data. There is no list to buy here.
• Share your inventory file with another retailer or show your margins to a buyer. A buyer sees the lot sheet you approved.
• Email anyone who did not come to us on their own: the retailers we contact hear from us once, with a plain way to never hear again.

What is public

Only what you publish. Outlet pages and lot sheets are public by design — that is how buyers find them — and they contain what you approved: units, condition, price, your store link. Nothing else from your file goes public.

How long we keep things

An upload that never reaches checkout is kept 30 days, then deleted; if we have no email from you, nothing else happens. Past runs stay while your account is active and are exportable any time. Ask at desk@brimlot.app for a copy or a deletion of anything you have given us, and we will do it. A reseller who wants off the list replies “stop” and is removed.
